Justin Klosky

Born in Miami, Florida, Justin Klosky developed an early interest in organization. This intrinsic inclination was further honed during his time at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. While pursuing an acting career that included roles on CBS’s ‘Guiding Light’, Klosky also gained foundational experience in a prestigious New York talent agency’s mailroom. In 2009, he established Organize & Create Discipline (O.C.D. Experience), responding to a personal request from a friend for comprehensive life organization. This marked a turning point in his career, pivoting his inherent organizational skills into a professional service.

Over the past 15 years, O.C.D. Experience has grown into a significant professional organizing firm, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. Klosky and his team provide both physical and digital organizing consulting, assisting clients in establishing sustainable systems for their homes and businesses. His expertise has been sought by notable individuals including Kim Kardashian West, Lauren Conrad, Topher Grace, Bryce Dallas Howard, Sharon & Jack Osbourne, Paul and Laurie Feig, Katee Sackhoff, Josh Gad, Jaime King, Jaleel White, Busy Phillips, Julie Chen, and Christine Chiu. He has also collaborated with C-suite executives from companies like Saks Fifth Avenue and Pfizer, providing organizational solutions. His work expands beyond individual clients to encompass national campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, delivering advice on organizational efficiency and technology integration.

Klosky’s expertise has led to numerous media appearances and publications. He has been a featured expert on national television programs such as ‘Good Morning America’, ‘The Talk!’, ‘Dr. Oz’, ‘Anderson Cooper’, and ‘The Doctors’. In 2022, he starred in HGTV’s ‘Big Block Overhaul’, a special focused on organization. He is the author of ‘Organize & Create Discipline: An A-Z Guide to an Organized Existence’, published by Penguin Random House. Klosky also holds multiple design patents for organizational and lifestyle products, including the O.C.D. Wallet, and launched the O.C.D. App. His entrepreneurial ventures extend to co-producing the annual television industry festival, SERIES FEST. In November 2023, Klosky took on the role of Producer at Triptyk Studios, further diversifying his professional experience.
