The multi-talented and versatile Jzon Azarí (who is also known as Jzon the Azarian and JZA) is an author, writer, chef and entrepreneur. Named one of Audiomack’s official Tastemakers in 2018, he has helped hundreds of indie artists reach new heights by bringing them to the platform and exposing them to new audiences through his crafty playlists monthly.
Azarí is of Cameroon and Nigerian descent, and studied Creative Writing at Mercer University in Georgia. Following graduation, he worked as a food consultant with ABC News and then started working with Audiomack as a Music Tastemaker. He set up as a publicist under Azarian Connection in 2019, and since then his works have been acknowledged by the likes of supermodels Naomi Campbell and Tyra Banks, music legends Mariah Carey and Charlie Wilson, and notable Hip-Hop figures such as LL Cool J. His work and opinions have also featured on and in many media outlets and publications, including GQ, FORBES, Glamour, VH1, CBS News, ESPN, BET, Marie Claire, Entertainment Tonight, and E! Entertainment. He has also collaborated with a broad clientele, including Dem Jointz (Aftermath), Keedron Bryant (Warner Records), Terayle Hill (Judas and the Black Messiah), Thaddeus Coates (Bridge Models), and Darrell Johnson (Food Network).
Azarí regularly connects with his legions of followers and fans through Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, posting pictures and videos of his personal and professional life.
