Kel Mitchell

Kel Mitchell has transitioned from acclaimed actor and comedian to an influential youth pastor and author, sharing messages of faith and hope while continuing his creative endeavors. After becoming an original cast member on Nickelodeon’s groundbreaking series ‘All That’ (1994-1999), Kel Mitchell established himself as a dynamic comedic talent. His on-screen chemistry with Kenan Thompson led to the highly successful spin-off series ‘Kenan & Kel’ (1996-2000). Mitchell further capitalized on this success by starring in the major motion picture ‘Good Burger’ in 1997, adapted from one of his popular sketches.

Mitchell’s versatility was evident in Kanye West’s ‘All Falls Down’ music video (2004), his role as Manny Sellers in ‘One on One’ (2005), and an appearance in BET’s ‘Take the Cake’ (2007). He further showcased his creative range by writing and starring in the 2008 film ‘Dance Fu,’ directed by Cedric the Entertainer, and directing Colby O’Donis’ ‘Let You Go’ music video in 2009. Mitchell continued his prolific voice-acting career, voicing Ant on ‘Pink Panther and Pals’ (2009), Dutch in ‘Motorcity’ (2012), and Jay-Jay in ‘WildGrinders’ (2012-2015). He also directed the short film ‘She Is Not My Sister’ in 2012.

He co-hosts the web-series ‘Ask Pastor Zeigler,’ focusing on faith-based teachings, and executive produces ‘The Back House Party,’ a live dance competition for inner-city youth, alongside his wife, Asia Lee. Mitchell is also a published author, releasing ‘Blessed Mode: 90 Days to Level Up Your Faith’ in 2022 and the children’s book ‘Prank Day’ the same year. Looking ahead, Mitchell is set to star as Moonface Martin in ‘Anything Goes’ in 2025, further expanding his career.
