United States Kieran McArdle is a professional lacrosse player, recognized for his significant scoring prowess and contributions across collegiate, Major League Lacrosse (MLL), and Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) stages.

Kieran McArdle, originally from Ronkonkoma, New York, developed into a notable lacrosse player. He attended St. John’s University, where he achieved recognition as a three-time All-American athlete. During his collegiate career, McArdle set new school records for St. John’s, becoming the first player to surpass 100 goals, 100 assists, and 200 total points. He led the nation in assists in 2013 with 49 and was named Big East Offensive Player of the Year in both 2013 and 2014. His performance led to his selection as the No. 5 overall pick in the 2014 MLL Draft.
Following his collegiate success, McArdle quickly made an impact in professional lacrosse. In his rookie year in the MLL, he set new league records for rookies with 34 goals and 49 points, earning the Rookie of the Year award. He continued to be a consistent scorer, achieving MLL All-Star status three times (2015, 2016, 2018) and accumulating 272 points over five MLL seasons, including a career-best 65 points in 2015 with Florida. His career progressed to the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), where he scored 25 points with the Atlas in the league’s inaugural season.
McArdle later joined the Waterdogs in the PLL, where he experienced a career-high season in 2022, contributing 42 points (19 goals, 23 assists) and helping the team secure the league championship. Beyond field lacrosse, he also expanded his career into box lacrosse, joining the National Lacrosse League (NLL) in 2017. He has played for teams including Toronto and New York before leading the Albany Firewolves with 40 assists during the 2022-23 season as part of his 242 career NLL points.
