Basketball star Kyle Alexander is a professional player from Canada who currently plays for Fuenlabrada in Spain’s Liga ACB. He spent four years as a member of the Tennessee Volunteers basketball team in college. He averaged 7.3 points per game, 6.6 rebounds, 1.7 blocks, and 23.8 minutes per game as a senior. Alexander shot 61.4 percent from the field and 42.9 percent from three-point range to help the squad reach the Sweet Sixteen.
Alexander joined the Miami Heat for the 2019 NBA Summer League after going undrafted in the 2019 NBA draft. The Heat signed Alexander to a training camp contract on July 15, 2019. He was added to the roster of the Heat’s NBA G League franchise, the Sioux Falls Skyforce, following training camp. Alexander signed a two-way contract with the Heat in January 2020. The next day, it was reported that Alexander would miss the rest of the season due to a knee injury. He made his NBA debut in August 2020, in a 130-116 defeat to the Milwaukee Bucks, when he played one minute off the bench and grabbed one rebound. The Heat advanced to the NBA Finals in 2020, but were defeated by the Los Angeles Lakers in six games.
Alexander joined for Fuenlabrada of the Spanish Liga ACB in December 2020. He went on to score 9 points per game and grabbed 6.2 rebounds per game. Alexander re-signed with the team in August 2021.
