Her demanding schedule included waking at 3:30 a.m. five days a week for 90-minute ice sessions, complemented by additional two-hour strength training sessions after school and on Saturdays.
She continued to dedicate herself to the intensive practice required to yield significant personal and athletic achievements, maintaining her objective to reach the pinnacle of her sport.
