The fantastic record-breaking athlete Lamont Marcell Jacobs is a professional track and field sprinter and a former long jumper. He is 2x Olympic Gold medalist, the 2022 60 meters World champion, and the 2022 European 100 metres champion, as well as being the first Italian to ever qualify for and win the men’s 100 metres Olympic final. Born in Texas to an American serviceman and an Italian woman, Jacobs was raised in Italy from the age of three weeks after his father was posted to South Korea and his parents separated.
