Leah Remini established herself as a household name with her pivotal role as Carrie Heffernan on the CBS sitcom ‘The King of Queens,’ which ran for nine successful seasons from 1998 to 2007. Prior to this breakthrough, Remini built a robust acting foundation through guest appearances in television shows such as ‘Head of the Class’ and ‘Who’s the Boss?’ in the late 1980s.
