Lindsay van Zundert has transitioned from a competitive figure skater to a coach, sharing her expertise and passion for the sport. After securing her spot for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing in 2021, marking the first time a Dutch figure skater had qualified for the Olympic ladies’ event since 1976, Lindsay van Zundert established herself as a prominent figure in competitive skating. Her Olympic performance saw her place eighteenth overall, a significant achievement on the global stage. Throughout her senior career, she consistently delivered high-level performances, notably securing a 16th place finish at the 2021 World Championships, where she achieved a personal best free skating score of 116.78.
Through Vision on Ice, she brings her comprehensive competitive experience, deep technical expertise, and profound passion for the sport to develop the next generation of skaters. Her coaching focuses on instilling the discipline, technique, and mental fortitude cultivated through years of top-tier international competition and an Olympic appearance, preparing aspiring athletes for their own competitive journeys in figure skating.
