Lutalo Muhammad is a decorated Olympic taekwondo medalist, motivational speaker, and former Team GB athlete, who inspires audiences with tales of resilience and peak performance from his international competitive career. After securing gold at the 2008 German Open in the youth -78kg category and receiving the GLL Sports Foundation Award the same year, Lutalo Muhammad embarked on a distinguished competitive career. He consistently achieved podium finishes, including a silver medal at the 2008 British Open in Manchester and a bronze at the 2009 Belgian Open. Further solidifying his international presence, Muhammad earned bronze medals at both the 2010 Dutch Open and 2010 Spanish Open.
Muhammad continued to compete at an elite level, earning silver at the Sofia Open (2018), the WT Presidents Cup – Africa (2018), and the Luxembourg Open (2018), followed by a gold medal at the French Open in 2019.
