Mark Strong

Mark Strong, born Marco Giuseppe Salussolia on August 5, 1963, in London, England, initially pursued a career in law before dedicating himself to acting. He studied at Royal Holloway, University of London, focusing on English and Drama, and further refined his craft at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Early in his career, Strong gained recognition on British television, notably in series like “Prime Suspect 3” (1993) and “Our Friends in the North” (1996). His role in the BBC Two drama “The Long Firm” (2004) earned him a BAFTA nomination, marking an early milestone in his television career.
