Mason Sperling began his journey in improv comedy in 2008, a passion he discovered at Hillsdale High School. His early experiences in high school improv provided a foundation of performance skills and life lessons. He continued to pursue improv at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he joined the team Improvability. During his four years with the team, he performed in weekly shows, participated in regular practices, and gained initial experience in coaching improv. A notable achievement during his college years was placing in the final four of the 2015 College Improv Tournament, reaching a national ranking with his team.

After graduating in 2016, Mason Sperling moved to Los Angeles with the aim of creating and entertaining. He launched “Script Not Found,” an improv comedy show for YouTube, casting his college teammates. This project allowed him to direct, produce, perform, and edit, leading to significant learning and growth over five years. “Script Not Found” is recognized as YouTube’s first dedicated improv comedy show. Concurrently, Mason has also ventured into television, developing a TV show since 2022. He has also applied his skills as an Accent & Dialect Coach for actors in TV, Film, and Theater.

His career has seen significant progression in the digital content space, starting with YouTube videos in 2014. He has amassed approximately 1.8 million subscribers on YouTube and 1.4 million followers on TikTok, with his content generating over 300 million views. He is particularly known for a video series that features spontaneous accents and impersonations while singing popular music. Mason’s filmmaking debut, “Bad Atmosphere” (2023), a short film, television, and web series project, has received multiple awards and selections, including Best Webisode at the Silicon Beach Film Festival and several accolades from the Accolade Global Film Competition and Los Angeles Film Awards.
