Max Talisman was born and raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. His early performing career began at the age of 12 and 13, when he starred in the regional premiere of “Caroline, Or Change” in D.C. This experience laid the foundation for his professional involvement in the entertainment industry.
Talisman later established himself as an actor in various productions. His notable roles include Daryl in the 2017 film “Super Dark Times,” which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. He also appeared as Fish in the TV series “Orange Is the New Black” in 2016 and held two different roles, Geoffrey Brimley and Beekeeper Man, in “The Blacklist” between 2019 and 2021. In 2022, he took on the role of a Paparazzi Member in the film “Marry Me.” He also appeared as Tony (Segment “Quarantales”) in “After Masks” (2021), Sharkinthepool in “Search Party” (2020), and voiced Leon in the short film “Children of Ether” (2017).
Max Talisman has expanded his career into writing and directing. He produced, directed, wrote, and starred in the romantic comedy film “Things Like This,” which is anticipated for release in 2025, playing the character Zack Anthony. This project demonstrates his progression into a multi-faceted creative role within the film industry.
