About

McKenzie Kate Westmore, born on April 26, 1977, in San Fernando, California, is an American actress, singer, host, and entrepreneur. Her career began at a very early age, making an uncredited acting debut at three years old in the 1980 film *Raging Bull* as Jake’s daughter. This early exposure stemmed from her family’s legacy in film makeup, with her father, Michael Westmore, being a notable makeup artist. She attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, where she majored in music and graduated in 1995, demonstrating her diverse talents from a young age.

Westmore gained significant recognition for her role as Sheridan Crane in the television soap opera *Passions*, appearing in 1730 episodes from 1999 to 2008. Her television career also includes appearances in *Star Trek: The Next Generation*, *Star Trek: Voyager* (1999), *Friends* (2001), and *All My Children* (2008–2009). Beyond acting, she expanded her career as the host of the Syfy reality competition series *Face Off* from 2011 to 2018, where makeup artists competed. This role leveraged her deep understanding of the makeup industry, inherited from her family’s background.

In recent years, Westmore has transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Westmore Beauty, a cosmetics brand. This venture builds upon her family’s history in beauty and her personal experience in the entertainment industry. She continues to appear in various film and television projects, such as *The Bay* (2018-2022) and *Star Trek: Picard* (2020), while also actively promoting her beauty brand. Her career reflects a blend of consistent acting work, hosting, and business leadership, all rooted in her creative and family heritage.
