Best known for her workout videos and TikTok dance routines, Mia Shpirer has over 1.3 million followers on the video sharing app.

Although she only launched her TikTok account in March 2020, Shpirer has already shot to fame thanks to her viral videos. She has become popular for her workout tips, outfit ideas and dance videos, often miming along to popular songs whilst working out and exercising. She is based in Miami but now has fans all over the world, including 170k followers on Instagram where she posts updates from her life, travels and outfits of the day. Her popularity means she is often chosen to work with brands including Set Active, Sephora, Casetify and Fashion Nova and she has recently launched her own range of sports equipment, Mieuk Official. The range includes work out bands and after a hugely successful pre-order campaign, Shpirer has plans to expand the range in the coming months. She has also launched an Instagram account for her dog Meeko, her adorable Pomeranian Husky cross. As well as workout and fitness content, Shpirer has recently branched out into beauty and lifestyle content, sharing her skincare routines and favourite products with her followers.
