Micah Abbey is an American child actor best known for his performances as Frankie Baner in ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and Leaf in Cousins for Life. Since bursting onto the scene in 2017, Abbey has been an in-demand talent and proven himself to be a natural-born star.
Hailing from Ohio, Abbey hit the ground running when he landed his first-ever on-screen role in Golden Globe-winning Grey’s Anatomy. At just ten years of age, the up-and-comer was cast as Frankie Baner, a young child rushed to hospital after suffering a stroke, in a two-episode arc. The electrifying debut performance soon led to Abbey’s second casting. In 2018, Abbey secured a lead role in Nickelodeon’s new show, Cousins for Life. Abbey portrayed the character of Leaf in 20 episodes of the show’s first series’ run.
Abbey has developed a dedicated fan base, with the young actor’s Instagram account garnering over twenty thousand followers. Abbey also runs his own YouTube channel, where he uploads vlogs, sketches and promotions.
Most recently, Abbey has partaken in several projects, including Action Nat & The Cat, an educational short for children. He has also been linked to Nickelodeon’s upcoming augmented reality series Meet The Voxels, which tells the story of a family of video game characters and is currently in production.
