American stand-up comedian, actor and writer Mike Bocchetti has been a unique voice in the New York comedy scene since the early 90s. Perhaps most recognised for his work alongside Robert de Niro in Luc Besson’s “The Family,” Bocchetti has led an illustrious career. Co-hosting “The Artie Lange’s Halfway House,” Bocchetti regularly features on the lighthearted sports podcast. With appearances on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” and “The Howard Stern Show,” Bocchetti continues to shake up the entertainment industry.
Throughout his career, Bocchetti has featured in several Adult Swim promos, MTV’s Silent Library as well as a plethora of films and television. He has toured the nation with his stand up comedy, and produced several videos including the hilarious, “Who is Mike Bocchetti?” Grabbing the attention of his peers, Bill Burr has named Bocchetti “one of the best joke writers in the business.” With his gut-busting humour and ability to never compromise on the laughs, Bocchetti is undeniably in a league of his own.
Stand Up Records released Bocchetti’s well-received comedy album, “Thank You” in 2019. Some of the skits include, “A Mental Block,” “The Roman Empire” and “I’m In,” showcasing Bocchetti’s signature flair. Never far from the screen, Bocchetti has featured in the award-winning comedy series “Nights with Mary,” the drama feature film, “The Owner” and more. The 2020 fantasy comedy film “Faraway Eyes” sees Bocchetti play the Reader. With a range of projects in the works, Bocchetti will be lighting up the stage for years to come.
