Muniba Mazari

Appointed Pakistan’s first National Ambassador for UN Women in December 2015, Muniba Mazari is a celebrated artist, activist, and motivational speaker renowned for her unwavering dedication to gender equality, diversity, and human rights. Mazari’s career trajectory began transforming after a pivotal car accident in 2008, which led her to explore art as a form of therapy while recovering. This period marked her emergence as a professional artist, culminating in the establishment of her brand, ‘Muniba’s Canvas.’ Her captivating acrylics on canvas have since been showcased in exhibitions, including a significant show in Lahore in April 2016 and the ‘And I Choose To Live’ exhibition in Dubai in 2018.
