Nathan Brown was born on February 10, 1978, in Victoria, Australia. His career in Australian rules football began after being recruited from Golden Square/Bendigo U18, and he made his debut in 1997 for the Western Bulldogs. During his time with the Bulldogs, he established himself as a prominent forward. He later moved to Richmond at the end of the 2003 season. A significant turning point in his playing career occurred in 2005 when he sustained a severe leg injury, which concluded his season prematurely.

Following his retirement from professional football in 2009, Nathan Brown transitioned into media and business. In 2010, he joined The Sunday Footy Show as a regular panellist and began his role as an AFL commentator for Triple M. His media career expanded in 2014 when he became a sports presenter on The Today Show for Nine, and he also joined the 3AW commentary team. Beyond his media commitments, Nathan Brown co-founded Scent at Home with his wife, a business specializing in candles made from natural ingredients.

Brown’s career has been marked by achievements both on and off the field. He is recognized for his contributions to sports broadcasting and his entrepreneurial endeavors. He has made appearances on various television programs, including “Saturday Afternoon AFL,” “Friday Night Football,” “Temptation,” “Home Cooked!
