Orlando Bloom is an English actor recognized for his roles in major fantasy and adventure franchises, transitioning from stage aspirations to global film recognition. After being cast as Legolas in Peter Jackson’s iconic The Lord of the Rings trilogy in 1999, Orlando Bloom achieved international recognition following the release of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring in 2001.
