United States Paige Davis is an American television personality and actress, recognized for her role as host of the popular home improvement reality program "Trading Spaces."
Davis was a spokesperson for RC Willey Home Furnishings, a subsidiary of Berkshire-Hathaway, with locations in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and California. She gave up her affiliation upon her return to Trading Spaces in 2018.
In September 2008, Eastman Kodak Company formed a U.S. partnership with Trading Spaces and with Davis to encourage people to explore their creativity with their photos. Davis became Kodak's celebrity spokesperson with the media through March 2009, sharing Kodak-inspired projects and ideas in the weekly design show, 30-second TV spots, on-line tips, videos, and a custom-published magazine.

Paige Davis was born on October 15, 1969, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her early life included attending Charles H. Bird Elementary School in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, and later graduating from the Youth Performing Arts School in Louisville, Kentucky. She furthered her education at the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Davis’s artistic foundation was built through extensive training in musical theater and dancing, which led her to pursue a career in entertainment.
Her career began with commercial and video work in Los Angeles. A significant early milestone was her two-and-a-half-year engagement with the national touring company of the Broadway musical “Beauty and the Beast,” where she played Babette the Feather Duster. During this period, she was sometimes credited as Mindy Paige Benson. This experience solidified her passion for musical theater. In 2001, she took on a prominent role as the host of TLC’s television series “Trading Spaces,” replacing Alex McLeod, which brought her widespread recognition. Later that year, she married actor Patrick Page, with their wedding featured on the TLC series “A Wedding Story.” She reprised the role as host of “Trading Spaces” when the series was revived in 2018.
