PCO signed an exclusive contract with Ring of Honor in 2018, joining the stable Villain Enterprises. During his tenure, he became a triple champion, capturing the ROH World Tag Team, ROH World Six-Man Tag Team, and eventually the ROH World Championship.

Carl Ouellet, born on December 30, 1967, in Sainte-Catherine, Quebec, Canada, began his professional wrestling career in 1987 on the independent circuit. Early in his career, he wrestled under various names such as “Super Bee #1” for Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling in the late 1980s, “Wild Carl Wallace” for All Star Wrestling in the United Kingdom in 1991, and “Bash the Terminator” for the International Championship Wrestling Alliance in Florida in 1992. He also spent time in Germany with the Catch Wrestling Association and in Puerto Rico with Capitol Sports Promotions as “Killer Karl Wallace.” These early years provided a foundational period, allowing him to develop his skills and gain experience across diverse wrestling environments before signing with the World Wrestling Federation.
Ouellet gained significant recognition upon joining the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in July 1993, where he adopted the persona of “Pierre” as one half of The Quebecers alongside Jacques Rougeau. The team achieved considerable success, securing the WWF Tag Team Championship on three separate occasions in 1993 and 1994, with victories over established teams like The Steiner Brothers and Men on a Mission. Their tenure involved notable feuds, including a contest against Bret and Owen Hart at the 1994 Royal Rumble. After The Quebecers disbanded, Ouellet was repackaged as “Jean-Pierre LaFitte” in March 1995, a pirate character who engaged in a high-profile feud with Bret “The Hitman” Hart. He signed an exclusive contract with Ring of Honor (ROH) in 2018, where he became a triple champion, capturing the ROH World Tag Team Championship, ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship, and, notably, the ROH World Championship in 2019. In 2022, PCO returned to Impact Wrestling (TNA), becoming TNA Digital Media Champion in 2024.
