Canadian artistic gymnast, born as Christine Jennifer Peng-Peng Lee, is best known as just Peng-Peng Lee. Peng-Peng was born in 1993 in Canada. She began her career as a gymnast by competing at the Canadian Championship in Regina, Saskatchewan in 2007. Peng-Peng reached the second place in the all around finals with a score of 57.400, and second in balance beam even finals with a score of 15.55. After a minor setback due to an injury on her back, Peng-Peng returned to gymnastics in 2010 at Elite Canada in Quebec. She won the all around competition, winning with a score 54.800. Peng-Peng was placed second on floor scoring 13.850, second on balance beam scoring 14.250 and eighth on uneven bars scoring 11.000. Peng-Peng reached success in many other competitions, including that of 2012’s London Prepares Series, where Canada qualified a full team to the Summer Olympics, where Peng-Peng was the highest scoring member of the Canadian team. She contributed with a 55.565 all around score. Peng-Peng also won the all around competition at the International Gymnix Challenge in Montreal, with a score of 57. 875. Peng-Peng also helped Canada be placed third at the Pacific Rim Championships. In the World Cup in Osijek, Croatie, Peng-Peng won the uneven bars gold medal with a score of 14.475. Peng-Peng also won four regular season in 2018, and one post-season perfect tens. She ended the regular season number 1 on balance beam and number 9 on uneven bars. Peng-Peng was also awarded the prestigious Honda Sports Award in 2018, and was named the Co-Pac-12 Conference 2018 Woman of the Year.
