Rachael DeVaux

The wonderful health guru Rachael DeVaux is a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, author, and entrepreneur. She shares her tips and tricks for living a healthy lifestyle through her informative and inspirational website Rachael’s Good Eats. She is also the co-founder of Toast Society, the first gourmet toast bar operating in Las Vegas, Nevada, and of the premium fitness accessories company Recreation Sweat. Her debut cookbook, Rachel’s Good Easts, is due to be published in 2023.

Growing up in Washington, DeVaux later graduated from Oregon State University in 2015 with a degree in dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship through the University of Northern Colorado in 2016, and soon after passed the national exam to become a licensed registered dietitian. She then started her own private practice, Rachael’s Good Eats, LLC, with the goal of giving people the tools they need to build healthy habits and live a balanced lifestyle.

DeVaux regularly connects with her hundreds of thousands of followers and fans through Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram, posting pictures and videos about her healthy lifestyle. She has a dedicated YouTube channel, Rachael DeVaux, as well as an official website, rachaelsgoodeats.com.
