Oliver Biney, known professionally as Rampage Brown, was born on August 8, 1983, in Leeds, England. He began his professional wrestling career in 1998, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the British and European independent scenes. Brown’s career highlights include multiple championship reigns across various promotions, demonstrating his consistent performance and competitive spirit throughout his engagements. His early career saw him develop a reputation for a hard-hitting style that would become his signature.

Brown’s journey includes notable tenures with major wrestling organizations. He first appeared for WWE in 2008 and later worked in their developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling, in 2011. He was a significant competitor in Progress Wrestling from 2013 to 2019, where he held both the Progress World Championship and the Progress Atlas Championship. His involvement in Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW) from 2014 to 2020 further solidified his standing, earning him two ICW Tag Team Championships alongside Ashton Smith. During this period, he also participated in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling’s British Boot Camp Season 2 in 2014 and performed for World of Sport Wrestling where he captured the WOS Championship in 2018.

Rampage Brown returned to WWE’s NXT UK in 2020, facing top competitors like WALTER and Ilja Dragunov for the NXT United Kingdom Championship.
