Rob Dyrdek

Rob Dyrdek, born on June 28, 1974, is a multi-talented American entrepreneur, actor, producer, reality TV personality, and former professional skateboarder. He hails from Kettering, Ohio, and began skateboarding at the age of 11, quickly becoming a well-known name in the skateboarding world.

Dyrdek has carved out a successful career in both the entertainment and business industries. He is best known for his roles in the MTV reality and variety shows Rob & Big, Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory, and Ridiculousness. He was the creator and executive producer of both Rob & Big and Ridiculousness, which have become popular shows worldwide.

Apart from his television career, Dyrdek is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded several companies, including Street League Skateboarding, the first-ever professional street skateboarding league, and the Dyrdek Machine, a full-service venture studio that assists emerging companies with capital, infrastructure, and strategic resources.

Dyrdek was also the co-founder and president of Dyrdek Enterprises. He worked with brands such as DC Shoes, Monster Energy, and EA Skate, among others. Dyrdek was recognized as an entrepreneurial innovator in Forbes magazine’s “30 Under 30” in 2013. In the same year, he was also inducted into the Skateboarding Hall of Fame.
