Rob Palmer

Rob Palmer has transitioned from a carpentry background to a prominent Australian television and radio presenter, specializing in DIY and lifestyle segments. After establishing his own successful business, RJP Constructions, in 1998, Rob Palmer commenced his television career in 2000 as a presenter for Channel 10’s ‘Live This!’, which aired until 2001. He quickly expanded his media presence, appearing on other Channel Seven programs including ‘Room For Improvement’ from 2001 to 2003 and ‘House Calls to the Rescue’. Palmer gained significant national recognition in 2004 when he joined the Seven Network’s acclaimed lifestyle program, ‘Better Homes and Gardens’, as its dedicated DIY section presenter, a role he maintained for a decade until the end of 2014.
