Rob Pannell

Rob Pannell has established himself as a prominent figure in professional lacrosse, transitioning from an NCAA record-setter to a decorated player with numerous All-Star selections and MVP titles. After being named the Ivy League Rookie of the Year in 2009, Rob Pannell went on to become one of the most decorated collegiate lacrosse players in history. During his tenure at Cornell University, Pannell was a four-time All-American and a three-time Ivy League Player of the Year (2010, 2011, 2013). He earned the Lt.

His exceptional collegiate performance also led to an ESPY nomination for Best Collegiate Athlete in 2011. Transitioning to professional play, Pannell was the first overall pick in the 2012 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft by the New York Lizards. He quickly made an impact, earning the 2013 MLL Rookie of the Year award. His professional career with the Lizards culminated in an MLL Championship title in 2015, followed by being named the Warrior Offensive Player of the Year in 2016 and the MLL MVP in 2018.

Pannell was consistently recognized as an MLL All-Star for seven consecutive seasons, from 2013 to 2019. In 2015, his accomplishments were further recognized with an induction into the Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame. In 2020, Pannell continued his impactful professional journey by being drafted third overall by Atlas Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) Entry Draft. He has since maintained his elite status, earning PLL All-Star selections annually from 2021 through 2024.

His ongoing presence in the sport is further highlighted by his continued PLL All-Star selections, extending into 2024, solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in professional lacrosse both on and off the field.
