Robert Bell, known professionally as Robbie X, was born on January 6, 1995, in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. He began his in-ring career in 2007, developing a high-flying wrestling style. His early career involved appearances for promotions such as One Pro Wrestling, This is Wrestling, Gerry Norton Promotions, Southside Wrestling Entertainment, Real Deal Wrestling, Dynamic Pro Wrestling, and Shooting Star Wrestling.
Robbie X achieved his first title victory on October 28, 2012, winning the SWE Speed King Title in an elimination match. His career progressed with multiple championship reigns, including the SWE Tag Team Championship with Mark Haskins in 2013, the NGW GenX Title in 2017, and the NGW Tag Team Title with Matt Myers in 2019. He also secured the Davey Boy Smith Cup in 2014. In 2022, Robbie X won the Undisputed British Cruiserweight Championship for Revolution Pro Wrestling and the British J-Cup.
Robbie X expanded his professional reach by joining New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) in 2022, where he became a member of the Bullet Club and its War Dogs sub-group in 2024. He also debuted for the Mexican promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) in 2023 and for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2025.
