Rosa Blasi achieved widespread recognition with her six-year tenure as Dr. Luisa ‘Lu’ Delgado on Lifetime Television’s medical drama Strong Medicine, appearing in 131 episodes from 2000 to 2006. Prior to this breakout role, Blasi honed her craft through extensive professional theatre work, participating in over 40 productions, and showcasing her versatility as a classically trained mezzo-soprano during a national tour with Kenny Rogers. Her television career commenced with a recurring role in CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful in 1996, swiftly followed by a starring role in the MTV/UPN sitcom Hitz in 1997.

Her television work continued with 11 episodes as Kit in the Netflix series Team Kaylie (2019-2020), alongside roles in films like Sinister Savior (2020) and television movies Christmas Princess (2017) and Teenage Bank Heist (2012).
