Rising star Ryan Beard was first thrust into the limelight after appearing on season 11 of America’s Got Talent. The comedy singer and pianist’s first audition was a huge hit, going viral online with millions of views. Although Beard was eliminated by judge Simon Cowell’s buzzer in the second round of the show his career has continued on an unstoppable rise, and since appearing on America’s Got Talent he has worked hard to create comedic content for his social media platforms including YouTube. Most recently he has gained massive success on TikTok, amassing more than 1.5 million fans.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Beard was still being homeschooled when he made his television debut on the 11th season of America’s Got Talent. Although he has become famous for his comedic content, he has also written more serious music under the name “beard” and is studying music composition through Berklee College of Music’s online program. Beard has participated in musical theatre across Kansas City, and also penned a musical parody of sitcom The Office called A Day in The Office which he performed at 54 Below. He is also a founder of Close Shave Productions, a company that produces musical productions and plays.
Beard continues to pursue his career in music and comedy, and is planning to tour the US with his sarcastic and unique brand of humour in the near future.
