Sage Linder

Sage Linder, born on February 26, 2001, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, began her performing arts training at a very young age, starting with ballet at three years old. Her early dedication to dance included training at the professional program DanceCo, where she studied various styles including ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and lyrical. Her talent as a dancer led to a significant early career milestone when she performed alongside Janet Jackson during the Vancouver leg of the Unbreakable World Tour as a young teenager.

Linder’s transition into acting began with her debut as Summer on CBBC’s “The Next Step” in 2018. Over four seasons, she appeared in 59 episodes, utilizing her advanced dance skills within the role and participating in tours for the show in Australia and the United Kingdom. This role established her in the entertainment industry and built an initial fan base. She has since expanded her acting portfolio to include roles in “Descendants 3” (2019) as a Dancer/Chorus Performer, “A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish” (2019) as an Elf Performer, and “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” (2020).

Her career progressed with appearances in television shows such as “Motherland: Fort Salem” (2020), “Nancy Drew” (2021), and an episode of “The Good Doctor” in 2022. Linder gained wider recognition for her breakout role as Rachel Caldwell in Harlan Coben’s “Shelter” on Prime Video in 2023, appearing in all 8 episodes. She has also taken on roles in films like “Deceitful Dating” (2021) and the V.C. Andrews’ Ruby Series, including “V.C. Andrews’ Pearl in the Mist” and “V.C. Andrews’ All That Glitters” (2021).
