Sam Ashghari

Sam Asghari is an American personal trainer, model, and actor of Iranian descent who is best known for appearing in music videos for both Britney Spears and Fifth Harmony.This fitness expert started a journey of personal transformation in 2013 after being cut from the football team at the University of Nebraska and moving to Los Angeles, landing a job at Gold’s Gym. He decided to become a personal trainer and began learning more about exercise and the human body through videos on YouTube.

After losing nearly 100 lbs and shaping his body into what most can only dream of, Asghari moved into modelling, walking the runway for designers like Michael Costello. He then landed a spot in a Super Bowl ad with Toyota, and this led to a part in Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” music video, which has now been streamed more than 2 billion times to date.

Asghari has since began modeling for more brands while training various stars and athletes, and recently made a move into acting. He is appearing in the 2019 film Unbelievable!!!!! alongside the likes of Snoop Dogg and Chase Masterson, and is also set to appear in the upcoming production Can You Keep a Secret? In addition to these on-screen roles, Asghari is in the process of founding a professional soccer academy in Los Angeles.
