Tajiah Gary

Born on November 9, 2000, in Atlanta, Georgia, Tajiah Gary embarked on her career at a young age. In 2014, while still a teenager, she joined the Atlanta-based girl group WeRCharm, which marked her initial step into the music industry. Her career trajectory saw a shift toward solo endeavors, leading her to depart from the group to pursue individual projects. Simultaneously, Gary demonstrated an early entrepreneurial spirit, launching her swimwear and accessories brand, Tease, in 2016. This period also saw her become increasingly active on social media, where a viral photo of her mother in 2017 contributed significantly to her growing online presence and fan base. By 2018, she further expanded her business interests by founding BodiedbyTaJiah, a fitness company offering workout clothes and personalized fitness programs.

Gary transitioned into a solo music career, releasing her first single, ‘Fine,’ in 2019, which garnered positive reception. The following year, she released additional singles including ‘Wasted Times,’ ‘B.S.,’ and ‘Love Out the Window.’ Her debut E.P., ‘Pressure Pack,’ was released in 2021, showcasing her evolving artistry. That same year, she performed her first solo show at Morehouse College and achieved third place in the ‘Who Got Da Juice?’ competition organized by D.T.L.R. Lifestyle. In 2022, she released her second E.P., ‘Wait, Let Me Be Honest,’ and launched Jiah Merch, a line of limited-edition clothing. Throughout her career, Gary has engaged in collaborations with notable figures in the music industry, such as Jazze Pha, Peewee Longway, and Richie Souf, further solidifying her presence and influence in the entertainment sphere.
