Tanja Huberli has established herself as a leading figure in beach volleyball, achieving Olympic and European Championship medals. After achieving a ninth-place finish at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games alongside partner Nina Betschart, Tanja Huberli has established herself as a leading figure in beach volleyball. Huberli first began her professional career in 2013, competing with Tanja Goricanec until 2015. This early period saw her earn a European Championship silver medal in Cagliari in 2014, signaling her emerging talent.

Prior to these successes, Huberli demonstrated consistent performance on the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour, securing a gold medal in Baden (2020), a silver medal in Sochi (2021), and bronze medals in Klagenfurt (2016), Porec (2017), The Hague (2018), and Moscow (2018), showcasing her sustained excellence across various seasons. Huberli continued to demonstrate consistent elite performance on the World Beach Pro Tour, earning two gold medals in 2024 in Tepic and Hamburg. Her World Beach Pro Tour career also boasts silver medals from Hamburg (2022), Doha (2023), and Espinho (2024), alongside bronze medal finishes in Doha (2022) and Ostrava (2022).
