Tarik Ellinger gained early recognition for his role as Jeremy Trever in the award-winning web series ‘The Division,’ appearing in four episodes from 2011 to 2014. He further expanded his on-screen presence with an appearance alongside Blake Shelton in his 2012 Christmas television special and has featured in numerous national commercial campaigns. Ellinger’s early acting credits also include a role in the horror film ‘Carnieville’ and print modeling campaigns for major entertainment brands such as Nickelodeon and Universal Studios. In 2019, Tarik starred as Matt in the short film ‘Fish Head,’ which garnered positive reviews at various film festivals across the United States.

The same year marked his significant debut behind the camera, as he wrote, directed, edited, and starred in ‘The Library,’ a horror short film. This multifaceted project received critical acclaim, earning both the Outstanding Sound Design award and the People’s Choice award, culminating in a special screening at the Theatre on the Walt Disney Studios lot. Ellinger continued his television career by joining the cast of Hulu’s acclaimed series ‘Love, Victor,’ portraying the character Ethan in its June 2020 release.
