Full time evangelist, motivational speaker, author and WWE Hall of Fame professional wrestler, Ted DiBiase is best known for his role as the villainous Million Dollar Man of the World Wrestling Federation.
Raised by his wrestling father, Iron Mike DiBiase, Ted followed in his dad’s footsteps becoming a professional wrestler in 1975. His big break came in 1987 when he travelled to New York and the WWF to become the Million Dollar Man. He performed in some of the biggest venues in the world, including Madison Square Garden, The Tokyo Dome and Wembley Stadium. Over six years with the WWF, DiBiase saw his likeness reproduced in action figures, video games and all kinds of merchandise. However, due to a neck injury he ended his active career in 1993. He went on to ringside management and commentating, looking after such huge wrestling stars as Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bam Bam Bigelow. After 25 years in the industry, he ended his career working for the World Championship Wrestling.
DiBiase went on to pen his hugely influential and popular memoir, Every Man Has His Price, and, being a man of God, he became officially ordained into the ministry. He regularly speaks to church congregations and youth groups, as well as to businesses and educational establishments all over the world. Aside from keeping his followers updated on his faith, through The Heat of David Ministry, he also connects via Instagram and Twitter, as well as making himself available for that personalised spiritual message via the Cameo platform.
