Thandar Bo

Thandar Bo is a Burmese actress, model, and singer who has achieved recognition through her work in film and music, including collaborations with various brands. After making her acting debut in the 2010 film ‘Yun,’ Thandar Bo went on to gain broader attention with her big screen debut in ‘A Phyu Yaung Ye Dike’ (The White Castle) in 2012, which premiered in Myanmar cinemas in 2013. Prior to her cinematic breakthrough, Thandar Bo established herself in the modeling industry after completing training at John Lwin’s John International Modeling Agency. Her modeling career included numerous appearances in advertising shows, prestigious runway events such as the Myanmar International Fashion Week, and features in various TV commercials, music videos, and magazine covers.

Thandar Bo further expanded her artistic footprint by venturing into music, releasing her debut solo album, ‘Nar Lal Pay Par Ko,’ on September 19, 2013. The album achieved commercial success, significantly expanding her fanbase and demonstrating her musical appeal. That same year, she showcased her live performance capabilities at the inaugural MTV EXIT LIVE event held in Myanmar in October 2013. On the acting front, her popularity surged with a starring role in the 2015 big-screen film ‘Zoot Kyar,’ which upon its release on September 29, 2017, became a significant hit.
