Tracy Nour Scheer

Tracy Nour Scheer graduated from the University of Arizona and immediately entered the fashion industry. She began her career at Kitson LA boutique on Robertson Blvd. as a cashier and quickly advanced to the role of Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Home, and Gift buyer for their 14 locations. After two years, she transitioned to Forever 21, where she served as a Merchandiser, Senior Buyer, and Product Developer for the Global Women’s Apparel department. Her work during this period garnered recognition, with features on platforms such as Vogue.com, WhoWhatWear, Buzzfeed, Refinery29, Jimmy Kimmel, and the mobile applications of Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian West.

In October 2015, Tracy Nour Scheer launched SHE JUST KNOWS™, a lifestyle media company. This platform serves as an outlet for her to share curated content and inspiration. Through SHE JUST KNOWS™, she also operates as a consultant for various brands and influencers, providing insights and expertise derived from her background in the fashion industry. The company has cultivated a global presence, reaching an audience of over 50,000 followers across social media channels and attracting hundreds of subscribers to her monthly trend forecasts.

Building on her expertise, Tracy officially established her social media agency, Scheer Social, in 2017. Through Scheer Social, she collaborates with both established and emerging brands and influencers to enhance their social media presence. Her work encompasses strategy development and execution aimed at growth and refinement in the digital space. She resides in Venice, California, with her husband, John, and their Min Pin, Rami.
