Tracy Tutor, born on August 11, 1975, in Hidden Hills, California, is a distinguished real estate agent, author, actress, and reality television personality. Her exposure to real estate began at a young age through her father, Ronald Tutor, CEO of Tutor Perini, a major civil and building contractor. She pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from The University of Southern California, graduating in 1997. After college, Tutor spent nearly three years working for her father’s company, Tutor/Perini, where she acquired business knowledge and developed a strong work ethic. This early experience provided a foundation before she transitioned into residential real estate.
Her career in real estate has spanned close to 25 years, during which she has accumulated over $4.5 billion in career sales. Tutor became a main cast member on the real estate reality television program *Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles* in its tenth season, which premiered in November 2017. She holds the distinction of being the first and only current female realtor in the main cast of *Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles*. In addition to her television work, Tutor released her book, *Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word: How to Develop the Unstoppable Confidence to Own Any Room*, in 2020, which became a Wall Street Journal bestseller.
Tutor’s real estate work includes representing high-profile properties and developments globally. For example, she consulted on over $400 million in branded real estate sales. Notable projects include The Malibu Series collection by Scott Gillen and Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. In January 2025, Tutor moved her team to Compass, bringing her 18-person agency across Beverly Hills, Dallas, and Austin, with over $200 million in combined listings.
