Tyler Shelton

Tyler Shelton embarked on his professional music career in 2010 as a vocalist for the band Visionaries, contributing to their sound until 2013. Building on this experience, Shelton co-founded the influential metal band Traitors in 2013, quickly stepping into the role of lead vocalist. Under his leadership, Traitors rapidly ascended, gaining significant recognition within the metalcore genre. Shelton has been instrumental in shaping the band’s distinctive heavy sound and lyrical content, establishing a strong and recognizable presence that resonated with a growing fanbase.

Currently, Shelton maintains an exceptionally active role in multiple significant musical endeavors. He joined Project: Vengeance in 2023, further diversifying his creative output and artistic partnerships. Simultaneously, he continues to lead Traitors, with their highly anticipated fifth studio album, ‘Phobias,’ officially slated for release on February 21st, 2025. This upcoming release is poised to further cement Shelton’s ongoing influence and prolific contributions to the global metal scene, underscoring his continued evolution as a prominent vocalist.
