Vlad Kvartin is a professional ballroom dancer and choreographer known for his appearances on television dance competitions and his work as an instructor. After being named the Junior National DanceSport Champion in 2009, Vlad Kvartin rapidly ascended in the competitive circuit, securing numerous national and international titles that firmly established him as a prominent and highly respected figure in the ballroom dance scene.
