Vlad Kvartin

Vladislav Kvartin, born on August 31, 1995, in Bratsk, Siberia, began his dance career at the age of 8. He moved to America in September 2001 and diligently studied under various Latin American Ballroom coaches and adjudicators. His early dedication to dance culminated in him being named the Junior National DanceSport Champion in 2009, marking a significant milestone in his competitive career. Following this achievement, Kvartin continued to secure numerous national and international titles in DanceSport, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the competitive ballroom dance scene.

Kvartin later transitioned his talents to television, gaining recognition as a troupe dancer on the popular reality TV show “Dancing with the Stars.” His involvement with the show included multiple seasons, contributing to its choreography and performances. He also showcased his skills as a top 20 dancer on “So You Think You Can Dance.” Beyond competitive and television appearances, Kvartin expanded his professional activities to include assisting as a choreographer for TV shows like “Why Women Kill” and “Kidding.” He also appeared on “Fuller House” and “Saturday Night Live,” demonstrating his versatility across various entertainment platforms.

Throughout his career, Vlad Kvartin has been involved in stage productions, performing as a cast member in two U.S. tours: “Our Way” and “MVP Confidential,” as well as performing in “SWAY.” Parallel to his performance career, he has also served as a dance instructor and choreographer. His roles have included working as a top teacher and choreographer at Studio 9 Dance & Rhythmworks and PRO DANCE Studios – Los Angeles, and previously at Dance With Me Glen Rock, imparting his expertise to aspiring dancers.
