Wade Bowen is a Texas Country and Red Dirt singer-songwriter recognized for his authentic storytelling and consistent musical output. After releasing his debut album, ‘Try Not To Listen,’ in 2001, Wade Bowen quickly established himself as a significant presence in the Texas music scene, renowned for his authentic storytelling and ability to merge traditional country themes with contemporary influences. This regional success was followed by his first live album, recorded at The Blue Light in Lubbock, Texas in 2003. Bowen continued his prolific output with studio albums including ‘Lost Hotel’ (2006) and ‘If We Ever Make It Home’ (2008), building a dedicated fanbase.
In 2010, Bowen marked a new milestone with ‘The Given,’ his first album released under a major label, BNA Records. That same year also saw the release of ‘Live at Billy Bob’s Texas’ as a CD/DVD package, following its recording in 2009. After BNA Records closure, Bowen returned to independent releases, including his self-titled studio album ‘Wade Bowen’ in 2014. A pivotal collaboration began in 2015 with Randy Rogers, launching the highly successful ‘Hold My Beer’ series, starting with ‘Hold My Beer, Vol.
3′ in 2023. In 2021, Bowen signed a worldwide publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music Nashville, and in 2022, he released ‘Somewhere Between the Secret and the Truth,’ featuring collaborations with artists like Lori McKenna and Vince Gill. In 2024, Bowen released ‘Hold My Beer: Vol. 4’ with Randy Rogers, alongside his solo album ‘Flyin’,’ further solidifying his reputation for authentic country music.
