After portraying four different characters in Kevin Smiths 1994 directorial debut, ‘Clerks,’ Walt Flanagan established himself as a versatile talent within the View Askewniverse. He continued his acting career with roles as Walt ‘Fanboy’ Grover in ‘Mallrats’ (1995), and further appearances in films such as ‘Chasing Amy’ (1997), ‘Dogma’ (1999), ‘Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back’ (2001), and ‘Clerks II.’ Concurrently, Flanagan took on the role of manager for Kevin Smith’s prominent comic book store, Jay and Silent Bob’s Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey, a position he has held since its opening in 1997.
