China Wang Xin is an Olympic medalist in diving, having secured gold and bronze medals with a distinguished career in international competitions.
Wang Xin, the Chinese Olympic diving champion and a national model worker, became the second champion partner and special distributor to join Xiaomu Youpin.
Wang Xin, born on August 11, 1992, in Wuhan, Hubei, is a prominent Chinese athlete recognized for her achievements in diving. She began her training at Tsinghua University before transitioning to the national team in 2006. Her career highlights include medaling at the Olympic Games, World Championships, Asian Games, and the Summer Universiade. Wang Xin’s competitive journey has seen her consistently perform at elite levels in the 10-meter platform and synchronized 10-meter platform events.
Her international debut included significant performances. In 2006, she secured a gold medal in the 10-meter platform at the Asian Games in Doha. This was followed by another gold in the 10-meter platform at the 2007 World Aquatics Championships in Melbourne. In 2008, Wang Xin competed at the Beijing Olympics, earning a gold medal in the 10-meter synchronized platform event, paired with Chen Ruolin, and a bronze medal in the individual 10-meter platform. She continued her success at the 2009 World Aquatics Championships in Rome, where she won gold in the 10-meter synchronized platform.
Wang Xin also achieved multiple medals at the 2011 Summer Universiade in Shenzhen, securing gold medals in the team event and the 10-meter synchronized platform, along with a bronze in the 10-meter platform event. Her career demonstrates consistent performance and success across various international diving competitions, marking her as a distinguished athlete.
