Zoe Elyse, whose full name is Zoe Elyse Trujillo, spent her early life primarily in Arizona before moving to San Juan Capistrano, California, for her final high school years. She pursued higher education at the FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising), earning an AA degree in Visual Communications. Her initial aspiration was to work within the fashion industry, a path that naturally evolved into modeling during her college tenure. Had her career not shifted towards modeling, she expressed an interest in further education in Art History or Literature.

Her professional modeling career is supported by representation from agencies such as Photogenics Media in Los Angeles and Crawford Models in New York. Beyond her modeling and acting roles, Zoe Elyse is involved with Brave Gowns, a non-profit organization that provides comfort and customized hospital gowns for children and adults. Throughout her career, she has been known for featured roles in projects such as “Nvrlnd” (2016) where she played the character Tink, and the upcoming short film “Model” (2025), in which she also holds a role as a model.
