The Great British Bake Off will soon be returning to our screens on Channel 4 and we can’t wait to see the next batch of baking talent!
Earlier this year GBBO finalist and MN2S client Ruby Bhogal sat down with You Magazine’s Sagal Mohammed to discuss her Bake Off experience, tips for aspiring contestants and what life has been like since finding fame on one of the most popular shows on British television.

Ruby was interviewed for this feature at The Hotel School, a recently founded collaboration between London-based homelessness resource centre The Passage and The Goring Hotel, which offers free, professional hospitality training (as well as mentoring, life skills and overall support) to applicants who are struggling to secure housing and steady employment. Earlier this year, Ruby hosted a special baking master class at The Hotel School, teaching students how to make one of her signature creations.
