ATB

ATB, also known as André Tanneberger, is a German DJ and producer recognized for his influential presence in the trance music scene for over two decades. After his debut track, ‘9 PM (Till I Come),’ became a number one single on the UK Singles Chart in 1999, André Tanneberger, professionally known as ATB, went on to establish himself as a global force in electronic music for over two decades. Tanneberger launched his solo project as ATB in 1998, with ‘9 PM (Till I Come)’ featuring his signature synthesized slide guitar riff. This breakthrough followed his early work with the dance project Sequential One (SQ-1), which began in February 1993 with the debut single ‘Let Me Hear You.’ Sequential One evolved into a band in 1994, releasing their first album, ‘Dance,’ in early 1995, and gaining recognition across Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, and Hungary with their second album, ‘Energy.’ As ATB, he released his debut album, ‘Movin’ Melodies,’ in 1999, which also featured successful singles like ‘Don’t Stop!’ and ‘Killer.’ ATB continued his prolific output with the double-disc album ‘Two Worlds’ in 2000, exploring diverse musical moods and collaborating with artists such as Heather Nova.

In 2021, ATB revisited his seminal hit with ‘Your Love (9PM),’ a remake featuring Topic and A7S, which charted at No. 42 on the UK Official Charts Company Top 75 singles chart and also achieved chart success in Germany. In May 2024, ATB announced that his forthcoming album, slated for release in 2025, would be his final studio album, marking the culmination of a distinguished discography. Despite this, he affirmed his commitment to continue releasing singles and maintaining an active global touring schedule, further cementing his legacy in the electronic music landscape.
