Bag Raiders, the Australian electronic music duo formed in 2006, achieved global recognition with their multi-platinum hit ‘Shooting Stars’ and continue to perform at international festivals and release new music. Bag Raiders released their second studio album, Horizons, in September 2019, which peaked at No. 43 on the ARIA Digital Album Chart. They maintain a consistent international touring schedule, performing across North America and Australia at major festivals like Splendour in the Grass and Beyond The Valley. Their work garners widespread support from tastemakers including BBC Radio 1, Billboard, and Mixmag.
Bag Raiders have also lent remixing talents to artists including Riton, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, and Crooked Colours. Reflecting their sustained global impact, ‘Shooting Stars’ was certified 4x Platinum by ARIA in 2021, and Silver by BPI in 2023. Their hit ‘Way Back Home’ earned Gold certification from BVMI in 2023, solidifying Bag Raiders’ status as an enduring and influential force in electronic music.
