Gizzi Erskine

Gizzi Erskine is a chef and food writer known for her contributions to television, print media, and immersive culinary experiences. After making her breakthrough presenting two seasons of Channel 4’s Cook Yourself Thin, Gizzi Erskine established herself as a prominent culinary figure, building on her training at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
